Who am I: 

I'm Mark Brown, and I am the owner of 'The Intuitive Learning Company'.  I have worked in the people development business for nearly 30 years.  Initially focusing on training, in the last 10 years, I have become fascinated, with; studied and become highly adept at coaching delivery.

In 2014 I studied with The Gallup Organisation and achieved 'The Gallup Certified Strengths Coach', an accolade that I retain today thanks to three re-certifications. 

My top 5 Strengths are:

I love working with individuals, using the GallupStrengths model.  Every person that I work with is truly unique and I have yet to work with two people that could even be regarded as similar - that's what I love about it - helping people like you uncover their uniqueness and then assisting them in working in the way that suits them best.  

My beliefs are that:

• I am always available to my coachees, even after we work together
• Learning only takes place by allowing you, the coachee, to decide what to focus on and what changes to make
• Doing 'what I say I'm going to do' and 'knowing my stuff' paramount
• Caring for my coachees isn't selective
• There's a success within everyone

Additionally, I am certified to use both the Belbin and TetraMap models.
