On 3rd and 4th February 2014, Lead Consultant, Mark Brown attended Belbin's accreditation programme.  We're delighted to announce that Mark is now accredited to Belbin high standards and now is licenced to deliver  'Blebin's Team Roles', with the use of the 'Self Perception Inventory' and Observer feedback tool.  Input and analysis of individuals and teams is handled electronically.  Mark has been provided with the use of this online tool and he provides feedback on a one - to - one basis.

This achievement will enable Mark to work with customers to improve their team's performance and results, using the learnings, tools and materials of probably the most renowned team inprovement methodology.

A new survey shows that two thirds of UK companies now monitor their environmental performance. The main factor behind this trend seems to be concern provoked by last year's rising energy prices and widespread anticipation of future environmental legislation.
